A: Yes. We use carefully selected herbs and natural ingredients, staying rooted in the belief that God provides healing through the earth He created.

Q: What is MEND Comfrey Salve and what does it do?
A: MEND is our signature balm for joint and muscle relief. It’s made with comfrey, clove, turmeric, and balm of Gilead — slowly infused and handcrafted for quality and potency.

About Our Process

Q: Do you really grow the comfrey?
A: Yes! We grow our own comfrey in our urban garden. Once harvested, it’s processed with other ingredients to create our MEND salve. Our garden-to-jar method means our processing is aligned with our harvest schedule, so orders may take 2–3 weeks.

Q: What makes your ingredients special?
A: We harvest intentionally — even neighborhood “weeds” like dandelion and yarrow are treasures in our hands. Growing our own herbs lets us offer you wellness that’s deeply rooted in purpose and prayer.

Q: Do I have to be a Christian to use your products?
A: Not at all. While our brand is faith-led, our products are for anyone seeking natural wellness made with care. Devotionals are available for those who desire them, but never required.

A: Everything we do is covered in prayer — from seed to salve. We believe in God’s healing through the gifts of nature, and our devotionals encourage reflection and renewal for those who want to connect spiritually.

Usage & Safety

Q: Do the sugar scrubs contain oils? Are they safe in the shower?
A: Yes, they do contain oils. Please be cautious — oil can make surfaces slippery. We recommend using a non-slip mat for safety.

Q: Can MEND be used during pregnancy or while nursing?
A: Please consult your healthcare provider. While our ingredients are natural, your provider can best advise on what’s safe for your specific season.

Q: Can I use MEND on open wounds?
A: No. MEND is for use on unbroken skin to support joint and muscle relief. Always consult a medical professional for wound care.

Q: I have allergies. Should I be concerned?
A: MEND contains comfrey, clove, turmeric, and balm of Gilead. If you’re sensitive to any of these, do not use. We recommend a patch test before full application.

Q: What if I experience irritation?
A: Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider if symptoms persist.

Q: My order hasn’t shipped. What’s the delay?
A: Our products are small-batch and tied to harvests. If you ordered near the start of a production cycle, it may take 2–3 weeks. We promise — it’s worth the wait, and we’ll send tracking info as soon as it ships.

Q: What’s your processing time?
A: Typically 2–3 weeks, depending on harvest and batching schedules. We handcraft everything with care, and you’ll receive a notification when your order ships.
